would like to support the Wisconsin Claims Council by agreeing to be a sponsor
for their upcoming seminar on:

terms of WISCC Sponsorship are listed below:
· The WCC will limit
seminar sponsors to three per seminar
· The sponsor’s name is
recognized at the opening of the seminar
· The sponsor is allowed
to have a booth near the registration area
· Soliciting, including
handing out of materials, can only be done at the booth
· The Lunch Sponsor, in
addition to the above, will place signs at the lunch table indicating you are a
Lunch Sponsor
· The Wisconsin Claims
Council will not provide a mailing list to vendors
